This is Not Discover Card. This appears to be fraud. Calls repeatedly and does not leave message. Blocked caller.
That number is legit, I contacted Discover directly and they confirmed it was them providing a credit offer. I declined but it is legit because they knew waaay to much info about me too.

I have already blocked this number. My app shows 5 attempts to call me this morning.

This number called, I answered and got a recorded message saying "please hold for a very important call" I waited about a minute, but then decided if it was so important they wouldn't robo call or ask me to hold. There was no hold music or ads to identify who was calling.

Call repeatedly. Says Discover Finance, but Discover says it's not them.
