Rec'd scam phishing call 3/10 which showed "Discover" on CID. I called back and verified they're using Discover's real 800 number. I didn't answer the incoming call and no message was left. CID showed phone # and "Discover," as noted above.

Robocaller.

"Hi this is the alert system with Visa Master Card Account Services with important changes to your account before the next billing cycle. If you received your new rates by mail and wish not to be contacted press three. Congratulations on your excellent payment history. You now qualify for a 0% interest rate on all your credit card accounts. This is a limited time offer and you must respond immediately. Press one now to speak to our qualifications department and complete the enrollment process."

I told them too much info actually. But they kept calling me back to connect me with a manager. I told them I wasn't interested and they called back at least 20 times. Finally I told them if they called again that I was reporting them.

Visa

Calling from Mastercard and Visa. I'm eligible for a 0% interest rate.

Stated they could lower the interest rates on my credit cards Phishing for credit card info and other personal info. He knew my credit card balances and the interest I was paying on them. Became very rude when I questioned him on somethings.

They are getting nasty. Told them to stop calling and they started calling me cuss words!

Caller wanted to lower interest rate on my credit card. (I don't use a credit card) so I hung up.
