Same thing here. She actually threatened to turn off all my DirectTV services if I didn't give her a credit card number "right now". How do these people sleep at night.

I called this number thinking it was DirecTV. It was NOT. Instead I got a belligerent hard sell basically demanded a $99 credit card payment today for a "service protection plan" that was better than the 7.99 I currently pay to DirecTV. He would not let me speak to a manager and would not identify the company he works for; he just continued to press and talk over me until I hung up.
