This phone number appears in a fake 1099C form that was sent to my house. It has the Discover Bank and a PO Box 3025 New Albany, OH 43054-3025. it even includes a federal ID for the bank. But another internet search retrieved comments on this and all of the people commenting got one of this and found out that it is a fake 1099C I receive one and in it the 1 800 347 5517 is provided. I am reporting this to the IRS
