They just called me and wanted me to log on. Funny when they asked my name I told them my first name was "Raphael" and they said that was the one that was being hacked.

Caller: Microsoft Support
A male introducing himself as Jack Smith with an Indian accent said he was calling about a Microsoft problem on my computer. He then wanted me to press certain keys on my computer to see what the error message was about. He wanted me to hold down "ctrl" "windows key" and "r." I asked for his number and he gave me the 1-800-348-7205 but when he called it came up as blocked. I told him I would call Microsoft directly.
