A caller requesting that I hold until the requested person comes to the phone!

Called asking to speak with a person when asked who it was would not say a company name. Told the guy not to call my number again. The only debt I have is some medical stuff that my insurance company keeps trying to get out of paying that was covered!!!

State Collection Services, 2509 South Stoughton Rd., Madison, WI 53716 They call, leave a missed call, then when you call back, they demand to know your name, likely to connect your unpublished number to a debtor then you get harassed at home. A female named "Kelly" refused to provide name of company, violation of FDCPA, and gave a BS story she was a receptionist for "many companies" thus needed to know the callers name. If you get a call from this number, simply send a certified letter stating you dispute the debt, demand verification, and to not call you. Once received, they call, sue them and they'll remove the debt in lieu of going to court.
