Girl said to call this number for possible fraud on my Chase account. I was skeptical about calling that number so I called the number printed on the back of my Chase debit card. In the end, my account was in fact locked. There were in fact fraud purchases so we had to issue a new card and account. Legit all around on my end.

Called my cell a couple of times but left no message. I called back and received an automated voice messaging system that guided me through to the point where it asked me to confirm if a recent purchase (a couple hours earlier!) was valid. Having been bit before by someone who stole my wallet, I think this service is invaluable

I looked into this after they called and I read a TON of messages stating it wasn't them. I got worried cause I had already verified info and thought I might have screwed myself. After contacting Chase I was told that it was them that called and they were making sure that I was in fact the one making transactions earlier that day. So in my opinion yes it is Chase Bank
