She doesn't give her name, but I know it is the same person every time. They are calling for my Father who has passed away, and I have told them that and he left no money. I am not responsible for his debt. I have told them over and over again he has died. The person says oh ok and then calls again a few days later asking for my Dad.

This little man has called for over a year now about a package of medicine I did not order. In fact I
asked express scripts to not fill any medicine after Dec 2009. They cost me $850.00 dollars that was allowed by Harrah'h yo be applied to medical expences before I had to pay any co pay. I only had the Cigna insurance for Jan 2009 as I started Medicare in Feb of 2009. I returned the medicine in question which was like $7 and some odd cents. It was returned unopened. I want the calls stopped as of now. I am not paying for something I send back unopened. Especially afteer thet went against my request of not sendinf any medicine after Dec31, 2008. Leave me alone.

have told this co. many times that this is already pd and i'm getting a credit statement each mo to prove that. they refuse to believe this.
and keep calling my cell ph every day sometimes two and three times a day.
is there something i can do about this.

this number never leaves a message and if the call is not answered they call right back. if the call is answered it is a recording saying all operators are busy please stay on the line.

They never leave a message and call 7 days a week, mostly mid-late morning. If you answer there is never a live person there, just a recording that does not identify the company.

just started getting calls about a week ago. calls come in about 2 to 3 times a day a various times. they never leave a message.

calling time and time again... minute after minute... hour after hour...day after day after day...

They call twice a day 7 days a week. From early in the morning to late at night. They are looking for my mother in law who passed away over 1 year ago. They are rude and disrespectful. When I tell them she has passed they want me to send them personal information about her to prove that she has passed. They refuse to say who they are and what they are calling for.
