These people are likely identity thieves in the Philippines. They call you & tell you your mortgage is late & ask when payment can be expected. Then they ask for the last six digits of your social security number (your 1st three are probably public info somewhere). Do not under any circumstances give up your social security number over the phone! Don't let scumbags like this steal your identity!

I do not have an account with Citi Bank and never have... I have repeatedly told them to stop calling me from the Phillipines and asking me what my name and social security number is. Yesterday they confirmed my phone number does not check back to any account or person. But once again on Christmas Eve they called me at 0800 ... WHAT CAN I DO.... U FEEL LIKE SOMEONE IN THE PHILLUPINES IS TRYING TO STEAL MY IDENTITTY
