I called Entergy during their Cyber Space Issue aka HACKED/Intrusion last Feb. '18 at this number, 800-368-3749 and a very helpful lady assisted me. At no time did she ask me any personal information. I told her the problem, she advised me what to do, I did and all came out great for me. I've kept this number for future references. I wished Entergy had more reps. like her but they don't sadly for us customers.
