If you try to call what you think is a legitimate business number (mine was the Midnight Mission in downtown Los Angeles) and someone with a heavy Indian accent, a bad phone connection, with a prepared script, and asking for your credit card, hang up. I don't know how they do it but your call has been high-jacked by a boiler room operation in India.

I tried to call Priceline to get a refund on a hotel room. Because the hotel was horrible, broken everything, hookers outside, I was harrassed. I called the Priceline number, and had a crazy experience with speaking with an Indian man. So I cancelled my card asap, then shortly I was charge with a $4.95 "Pro Life" thing. My card wasn't working and I was out of town, so I didn't get a new card until 2 days later.

I called the Small Business Association about my loan. It was their number from their website. The same thing happened to me. It is scary because it was the SBA's actual number; they somehow intercepted the call and transferred me to Inda. All the same details. $49.5 charge, they said my card was declined. If anyone sees this please let me know if Google Fi is your provider. I feel like it must have something to do with my phone security or provider.

I just bought a Simplisafe security system and called them for tech support at the 800 number listed on their website. I was very careful to dial the correct number. Somehow I got and an Indian guy that requested and recorded all kinds of information including my credit card number. The situation didn't seem right to me with lots of noise and people talking in the background but I didn't know what to expect since I never called Simplisafe before. They gave me additional customer service numbers and a verification code. Later I checked and the 800 numbers had nothing to do with Simplisafe. Immediately after hanging up, I called to cancel my credit card but a $4.95 charge from PRH*PROHEALTHLIFELINE was already charged to my account so I closed the account. I called Simplisafe at a different number and the experience was entirely different with no noise and an American woman clearly speaking to me. She checked and said the 800 number I initially called was a legitimate Simplisafe number. Somehow my phone call got intercepted and rerouted. SCARY!!!

The same thing happened to my calling the SBA. Is Google Fi your phone carrier? I'm still trying to figure out how they transferred my call to India when I was calling the SBA?

I called honeywell home for tech support for my thermostat and these bastards said they needed my cc and address to confirm my identity. My gut red flag radar started going off and sure as hell, I hung up on them and immediately called my cc company. $4.95 charge. I cancelled the card, and called this company back to make sure I'm unsubscribed. They sent me some "supplements". WTH. This is absolute fraud.

No call or contact, but when doing our taxes for 2019, we found on our MasterCard for medical expenses, charges from Prohealth Lifeline we never made. Starting May, ‘19, we were charged $4.95 and every month until March, ‘20, $59.95. Because I had surgery in July, ‘19, and were getting numerous bills and didn’t catch it until we were doing taxes for last year. We never heard of this company and certainly didn’t order anything from this company. When I finally found a number for Prohealth Lifeline and called, I was told a form had been sent to me in April, ‘19, and I filled it out. NEVER!! They said someone would call me back and that was March 13th. No call yet. We’re retired and don’t have need of their services, whatever they are. $59.95 a month is a lot of money for a retired senior. Mastercard is investigating our claim now, but it can take at least 60 days before we get our money back. We were totally caught off guard to the tune of $424.60. Very upset at how this could happen. I called 1-866-331-5832 listed as Kia Finance. I thought I was making a car payment. I gave my debit card info to the Indian man then had to repeat everything to an "automated recorder" They now have my voice and repeating the work "yes". I asked if this was Kia Finance and I was making a car payment. I was told yes. Got a phony confirmation number and a fake customer service number that is really State Farm. My bank was charged $4.95 immediately from PRH Pro Health LifeLine. I'm sure they'll be using my voice and information for more fraudulent transactions. What a nightmare. I'm cancelling my card, reporting it stolen.

The same exact thing just happened to me. I thought I was calling 844-799-9876 my healthcare Healthy Michigan Plan then apparantly I was intercepted with an Indian man and they asked for my card, I thought that was apart of it because I needed to make a payment. So they tried one card and they said that card is not authorized then they asked for a second card and they claimed I was going to get my verification number so that I could reset my password, next thing happened was the phone disconnected. then I checked my account and they put a charge of 4.95 on my card. I called my bank to cancel my card and reported the charge as fraud. Yes this company is a fraud, be careful when you're on the phone if it sounds like a bad connection and an Indian on the line, it may be a scam. Be cautious.

A medical alert co. who charged my debit card $4.95 through a scam. I never communicated with this company by phone or online, yet they had my debit card number and charged my account. When I called and confronted the m, the arrogant man who answered said that had they charged me anything it would be hundreds of dollars. But when he asked what number I was trying to contact, he verified that it was PRH Pro Health Heartline. I will be reporting this to the FCC
