I have asked them several times to send me paper about the student loan that was defaulted because I have been trying to fight with the fraud dept for over 4 years and they refuse to so I refuse to work with them on anything and if you want to verify info you should tell me what you have and will go from there but they never want to so I refuse.

Asked for me. Told me they need to verify the last 4-digits of my social security number. I asked who they were. They would not identify themselves until I verified my social security number. I hung up.

This is a collection agency. They called about my student loan which I HAD let default. They were very nice and got me fixed up with a rehabilitation program. $100.00 for 9 months and my loan is golden again. If you are in trouble, talk to them! It's scary to admit you made a mistake to a total stranger, but it's so worth it to get help. However, if you do not believe you owe them money, ask for a validation of debt via mail before you pay them anything!

This is some collection agency EOCCA, they also left this number: 800-896-4539. Came up rang 3-4 UNKNOWN on caller ID. It was a per-recorded message. I don't want to spread bad info, but read somewhere it was for AT&T, whom I do owe money, so that is very possible.
