I believe this is a collection agency but refuses to identify themselves.

Called to talk to my son who is non-verbal and has autism. He has never bought anything on credit. All they would tell me is they needed to talk to him or his guardian before they could let me know the nature of the call. They did say they dealt with collects, was with CSI, and were out of Madision, WI. When I called back-they company was never identified. A recording came on and said that I should wait for the next available representative.

would not id themselves when i called back, looking for my late father. no clue why they called, no mail from this company, http://www.statecollectionservice.com. This makes me very upset. I do not like to be upset. They are up in Madison, WI. I hope I am not further upset.....

Repeatedly calls, often before 7am and after 10pm, but does not identify themselves and does not leave a message. I have reported them to the FCC.

called many times over months- sometimes in the evening- after8 pm- sometimes before 8 am. the number comes up on my cell. no one says anything- on any of the calls. I don't know this number. I have picked up the phone-noone. i have let it go to message- none left. really annoying. my cell is unlisted.
