They call 4-5 times a day getting old fast

Call everyday and anytime. Does not leave messages.

They call at least 4x a day and leave no message.

Calls several times trough out the day and night about citibank/walmart account. When I've answered a few times, I never hear anyone

I answered the phone. it is a recording saying I need to login to my citi account to resolve a problem. I logged into my account and there IS no problem. I even called Citi to see what the problem was...they said there IS no problem. I now block this caller.

These people call several times a day.

These guys are persistent, calling all hours every day several times a day with a different foreign person. They want to "resolve" a late payment of $147 and want account numbers. They did give me an address in Des Moines, IO which resembles Citibank's recovery addresses. This account is actually for my brother who lives overseas.

This number is from Citi Cards, regarding an AT&T credit card I had with them. I promised not to use it anymore and they would continue to give me the lower APR....well now they're calling my house and cell phones, starting as early as 8:15 am and until 8:30ish at night. Listen, I know my payments are behind, I know what I owe you, but like I've said to them several times, I am on disability, and my check doesn't amount to much, I just can't pay them now, said I would pay what I could, they told me that was no good. I then told them I would call a credit counciling service and they said they had one, but their terms were still to much money. The more they call me the more I don't answer my phones. I'm sorry, I owe you money, I've never been in this situation before, and I'm sure I'm not alone, please stop harassing me with so many phone calls.

Called me with regards to a credit card account with Citi Cards which is closed. I chose to close this account. They do have some partial accurate info about your account that comes possibly from a credit report they have. Then they will ask you for a payment. DO NOT Proceed any further. I caught them being unable to see my most recent payment. Why? It hadn't posted in the credit report yet!

We have been receiving calls from 800-388-2200, sometimes six times in one day, and we do not answer. Sometimes they leave a message from Citibank and ask us to call back. This morning I decided to answer the call and when she asked for my ex-husband, I couldn't stop laughing!!! We were divorced in 1989, I have moved three times and I remarried so I have a different address, phone number and last name! They are really on top of things!
