I keep getting called from this number, but every time I say, "Hello", it's just a dead line, no dial tone, no busy signal, no recorded message. When I immediately call the number back, I get a recorded message stating that the number I have dialed has been disconnected or is no longer in service. I feel like someone is calling my house and simply checking to see if anyone is home.

Phone rang; no one was there.

Calling for resident--ask not to call and soliticit--caller became very defensive--claimed they had never called. Hung up

person did not say where they were calling from when I went to get the person they asked for in the meanwhile they hung up...the 800 number is now disconnected even through they had called in the last 5 minutes!! very strange

When you call this number, you get a recording that says "Thank you for calling Cancer Support Services". Here is their website: http://www.cancersupportservices.net/
But also when you call, you are forced to provide your contact information, as no live person answers your call. Sounds pretty fishy to me. But at the website, you can click on a link that takes you to "Cancer Fund of America", so they are somehow affiliated with that.

Got a phone call at 8:15am (law states should not be before 9:00am). Told her I didn't appreciate her calling and waking me and I hung up. She called right back, called me a "bitch". I hung up. She continued to call back 5 more times.

I called and spoke with Mike Reynolds and told him I'd been in touch with law enforcement for harrassment from one of his employees. He said he would try and track it down.

This number always comes up as Toll-Free Call on my Caller ID. If it is actually a legitimate company then they should have the balls to put their real name on the Caller ID. If it says Toll-Free or Privacy Manager, then I just don't waste my time answering.

They called - the woman was trying to supress her laughter and she was looking for donations for the cancer fund. I asked her what was so funny about cancer. She replied: "oh, nothing. Thank you anyway" ... before she hung up I could still hear her in the background saying "Dammit, Stop it. This guy heard me laughing" Then the phone went dead...
