HSBC is a Credit Card Company for GM or General Motors MasterCard. They call 4 to 12 times a day. Past 9pm and on Sundays. Its a computer calling so I hear just silence. No one ever speaks. Its NOT a Telemarketer HSBC is a Bank and lending company.

Caller: No name is ever given, computerised and always silence.

HSBC still needs to follow federal and state law. Keep records, folks, and sue the jerks; legal fees may be a cost of doing business for them, but enough suits means less dinero in the end. And, of course, any credit cards handled by HSBC should be respectfully declined.

I get numerous calls but they hang up and won't explain why they are calling. It should be illegal to call without explaining the reason why. Probubly a collection agency. no caller id just a phone number.

Install a call blocker on your phone. Hangs up on them before they get a chance to even get started.

get you a call log.... send letter to cease certified/return receipt with a copy of the log so they know you are not stupid. if it dont get a lawyer. they can only contact me by mail now.

People who owe money to others all seem to have;
An attorney, a vast knowledge of Federal laws, the telephone number to BBB, elaborate "certified" letters, an ability to sue, and file class action lawsuits.

Things they don’t have;
money to pay bills, moral compass, sense of community, accountability to their own actions.

We need to be able to stop these calls. It is the reason I got rid of my phone and started paying for an expensive cell phone. Now I dont receive these calls and got rid of the cell phone and feel "temporary" peace. My number is not published.

20 calls in one day is out of this world ridiculous! I DONT HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM yet they still call twice an hour!! I have told them this repeatedly!!!! How can I get them to stop???? I have reported them to the FCC is there any other action that can be taken against them they are driving me up the wall!!
