Live caller explained to my husband because we were such "good customers" they would send him a 200 minute calling card for free. He answered yes about receiving the calling card only. In reality the Quasar Communications changed our long distance carrier to them. WE have had AT&T for years and I am the ONLY person authorized to make changes to our plan. They have billed us for all of our long distance calls. I have contacted them twice only to be told Jose Herrera authorized the changes. He listened to their recorded conversation and insists these are not the questions he answered. They have called our home numerous times prior to Jan 17th but we hang up on them. I never kept a record. Their number does not show up on our caller ID so until this we had no idea who was calling. The calls stopped after they fraudulently changed our service without my permission
