this caller is the rudest person ever!

I recently got a new phone number and the previous owner of it apparently has/had money problems because all I receive are calls from collectors, banks, etc. This particular caller calls an excessive amount. One day there were six calls within the same minute. I called them after the second day of calls (they never leave messages) to tell them I am the not the person they are looking for. The guy who answered was confrontational and wanted my personal information (said how does he know I wasn't who they were looking for). Nope. I was calling them as a courtesy but instead was treated like I had done something wrong. Very annoying.

would not tell me anything until I verified information. Even what personal banking matter they were calling about.. I said tell what is this call is in regards to - they would tell me nothing until I verified address with them. They would not tell me who they were representing or anything.
