Sorry but we are third party and provide the support for all the operating system computers and printers and softwares.
We are not microsoft as Microsoft never calls , every conversation happening with microsoft should be initiated by the customer only.
I googled Microsoft . I saw this number and I called. I talked to "Richard" and explained to him my problems. I agreed to a contract for $399.99. This was to include 3 computers for security and updates. He also agreed to upgrade my laptop from Windows Vista to Windows 10. Everything was good for about 1 1/2 months. I then received a message on my computer from the phone number they left on my computer at the bottom (where the icons are). I called and was told that the Windows they installed was only good for a short period of time. They wanted me to pay an additional charge of $269- which I thought was fair considering buying Windows 10 Pro is almost $600.00. Everything was fine until I attempted to connect my printer. My laptop went haywire! I called the number again- and I was upset. They said they would have to call me back. "Richard" did call me back and said he was terminating my agreement because I was rude to his junior associate. So- without going into further details- I have had to shut down all my credit cards and change my bank account. I am out almost $700 - and a laptop! I have filed a police report and I plan on pursing this to the furthest extent of the law.

We are really sorry for all the inconvenience happened to you.
But you should also write that , that day you were on drugs and not conscious. You were not able to understand what we were trying to say.
All this miss-communication happened due to that only.
Now all the as you were alright the next day we have resolved the issues.
