Just got a call from 800-416-5827, but couldn't get to the phone fast enough to answer. Looked up the number and it belongs to Vanguard Investments. Since I have no relationship with Vanguard, I have to suspect that the number was spoofed. Be wary of calls from this number as it my be an investment scam.
