This douchebag needs to be arrested. I never answer when he/she calls but "it" called me three times tonight. I could kill this bastard.

No message and number is always busty when I call back.

Keeps calling every day up to 3 times with no messages. When I call back it is busy/no answer. Blocked the number and still gets through.
