This is a scam from Card Services advising a lower interest rate. I have received many (many) calls on the same subject. I have even waited on the phone to request information as to who this firm is and how I can send a letter to request no contact but they would not release the information and hung up on me. The number on my phone ID is 800-421-0000 No other informatio given. I have filed on this firm in the past. I also have not kept a record when they have called but I do remember that this firm also sent another robo call two evenings ago around 8PM
