The call I received was an automated message from Alice the credit card scammer. I don't know if they add the extra 1 while calling everyone but on my caller ID the number was displayed as +1(1)800 421-2110. Without the extra 1, the number they are spoofing belongs to Bank of America but the same scammers are also spoofing phone numbers belonging to Chase and Discover. I am guessing that they are adding the extra one in front of the phone numbers they spoof to make it harder for people to call the numbers back because if they talk to a real Bank employee they might be warned that the Alice robocalls are a scam.

received call today at 2:44pm from card services - I pushed the prompt to speak to someone in order to have them remove me from their calling list. I told him to please remove me from the call list and he said "NO" I asked why he could not remove me and he told me because I was a B#@$h I said what did you say and then he called me a SL%$. This is ridiculous that we have to take this abuse and not be able to do anything about it. I have blocked this number like I do every time they call.

Received call today at 3:11 from this #, let it go to voice mail as I did not recognize the number. Did not leave a message.

Received call today--again, its been several months. This time I requested that they remove my name, but dude went into sales pitch . I hung up & blocked the number

This is a dangerous scammer from the philippines. They steal your credit card information and sell it on the dark web. Hang up and block.

This is a Bank of America call in number only. Bofa does not call people on this number. If you receive a call on this number it is a scam. But you can contact BofA credit dept with this number.

They've called a bunch of times. I answered once and it was the "You've made your payments on time" and that he said he wanted to help me lower my interest rate on my card. I asked which one and he said "Your Visa or Mastercard." I again asked which card. And he asked "Don't you have a Visa or Mastercard?" This went on for another two rounds and I hung up. They are phishing for information. They don't have any real info unless you give it to them.

Wanted my VISA or Mastercard #. Claimed he was from "my" VISA or Mastercard company. Since I had paid on time for so long, they would give me a fantastically low interest rate if I gave them the credit card # to which I wanted the low rate to apply.
