Credit card loan consolidation
Caller ID showed "Unknown Caller". It was a robocall saying Card Services will reduce interest rate -- press 9. I pressed 9 and asked for the company name, and someone with a Middle Eastern accent said it was Account Services for Visa/Mastercard. I asked for a call back number, and he gave me this number. I asked for which bank, and he said Bank of America, Capitol One and Chase. He then hung up on me. I called the number back, and got someone named Jennifer. I asked her what bank this was associated with, and she said she was not at liberty to say because of some "disclosure act", which didn't sound right to me. She said they were FIA Card Services, and I could check their web site, so I did (www.fiacardservices.com). I clicked on 'Contact Us', and there were plenty of available numbers to call, none of which were this number (1-800-421-2110). Any reputable company would have a number show up on caller ID, and wouldn't beat around the bush on answering simple questions.

I had the same experiences. I even gave them my ss number and date of birth, because the lady answered me made me think they are bank of america. When I asked about my home loan accout, checking/saving account (I saw this number from fax cover sheet of BOA), she did not tell me they are not BOA, instead she asked me my ss number and date of birth. Why did she pretend to be BOA? This is very suspicous company
'Rachel' - Robocall twice in two days saying Card Services will reduce interest rate -- press 9. I pressed 9 and asked to be removed from calling list - he said they have no calling list. I asked for name of agent and company -- Zach Thomas who gave 18004212110 and Bank of America number and name after asking three times. He said 'good luck' when I said I wanted to be removed from list.
Call showed as 000-000-0000. Want you to call back so they can trace personal information.
