yes, they called my mother, Said they were California Edison our utilities provider and that they installed a digital meter at 2am!!!!!!! That she owed $250 asap or they were gonna shut off power. So she was "advised" to buy a pre paid debit card. SCAM!!!! IM FURIOUS!!!!!! I called and they keep hanging up. 1800-428-3867 SCAM
