I received a (junk) snail mail from these folks and had no idea who was behind it so I did a little Internet sleuthing. They actually have a website and I found that at the bottom of their home page is a hyperlink that says "Opt-out of mailings." If you click on it, you will be asked to enter the ID from the mailing, which will (theoretically) unsubscribe you from future mailings. I think it is worth giving a try because you do not have to relinquish your telephone number.
