This number appeared next to bogus transactions on my debit card yesterday. There were two transactions - one for $10 and another for $25. I immediately called the number and it is no longer in service. Then I called Yahoo and they confirmed that this was suspicious. I got a new debit card from my bank, and they reported the charges as fraud. I can't believe that three years after your post they are still carrying out this scam. :(

This number was on a bogus credit card transaction from Yahoo Ad Manager. The message says they are experiencing technical difficulties call back later.
