I do not have AllState as many have identified this caller to be. I have received 3 calls today. Did not answer. No message left. I made no attempt to return the call.

All I get is Allstate we appreciate your business. My car was totaled and I don't think the right hand knows what the left is doing over at Allstate.

I owed a Renter's Insurance payment. Did not receive a statement. I had noticed and paid the day before, on-line.

It is Allstate Insurance. They will continue to call you until they reach you (a real person, not an answering machine) to tell you that you need to make a payment before your policy gets cancelled. I just responded to the prompt that I already paid and then I went online to pay the bill, as I did not want to give any CC info over the phone. If you hang up, they will continue to call until they get payment. Which is really good because you don't need a canceled auto or home policy!
