I dicovered a way to keep them from calling.
I have cordless phone with two hand-sets. I keep both together so when a bastard calls who is bothering me I can click BOTH handsets on and hold them up to each other "69" (ear to mouthpiece/mouthpiece to ear) which instantly creates a very loud feedback scream.

After 4 to six calls A DAY from this one ass-hole alone since October I am no longer bothered by them, all it took was doing it one time.
