This is the number for a scam call center.
DO NOT give any personal information.
Said I was late on a payment while I literally had my account info in front of me and the bill was paid.
Call National Grid Directly if you are unsure if you are late or overdue.
Got a phone call from this number this morning. The computer kept saying "please continue to hold" I hung up after it repeated it for three times.

First call this morning: computer said: "hello"....."goodby" & hung up with no message.
2nd call this morning about an hour later: said it had an important message & to give them my
social security number to hear it. I hung up & called National Grid.
They said I owed them money & they would call 3 times per day until it was paid.
The payment HAD, in fact, been made & was the first time in nearly 40 years that a payment was late!
I told them how ridiculous that was, & was told the computer doesn't know the difference & that
the calls would continue until the payment was posted.
This is the way Americans are treated when a foreign company is allowed to own a public service.
