I've had my number for less than a day. Aside from the phone co, only one other person has it... I didn't bother wasting my time by answering, and neither should anyone else. Its likely a robot dialer

I answer and she says "Hello, Goobbye" and hangs up. I actually thought I was being watched and was about to get shot.
