The gentalman on the phone was so nice. He let me know there was something wrong with my computer. He said he would fix it after he got some necessary informormation from me to fix it. After I gave him my name, social security number, date of birth, credit card number and experation date, mailing address, and mothers maiden name. My computer was fixed. I know this because he said it was running faster and he was able to see my Windows computer from his end. I was nervouse at first because he sounded like he was from India. But he verified he was from the US and said he worked for the global support solutions for Windows. I new I could trust him since he worked in the US. The only weird thing is I don't own a Windows computer I only have a mac, but he said it was fixed.

the guy sounds like a south asian but he was pretty helpful he had shown me the problems of my computer and ask for enrolling the services charge and when i told him that i dont have money then he did the services for one time fix without charging a penny he was a cool guy

Who are the losers that write the exact same way in every post saying how wonderful this lying cheating scammer is ?? Good Lord ..get a grip to anyone thinking of buying anything from this asshole and just HANG UP

This is not scam this guy was very helpfull to me i am going to get in contact back with this guys and am going to activate their service.

Perhaps I am being cynical, but I noticed that Sharon 177 on 11/2 and Eileen on 10/22 are the only positive comments for this number; if you read them carefully, you will notice they have the same "writing accent". They have the same type of grammatical errors--difficulty with past and present tense and singular and plural. They also seem to share a problem with punctuation and capitalization. It is obvious that English is not their first language and there "accent" indicates they are from a part of the world from which we have been receiving an unfortunate amount of computer scams. I would even go so far as to believe that these 2 individuals are one and the same AND that they are part of the scam. If I am wrong, I apologize, but ......

Told the SOB to look up his # and told him he was full of it. All results showed a scam. He proceded to say he was from Syria i told him to shove it and go kiss his goat(girlfriend). He proceded with his scam until i said id buy his service after they turn his sandyland into a walmart parking lot because there are no walmarts in Syria, only targets. If you pretend to play it out to the end, they will finally admit that it's not really free-just the scan is free. They offer a "variety of plans"--the CHEAPEST of which begins at roughly $350 per year!! Please!!!

Like most of the others on this site, I received a call from a male with a heavy accent stating my computer was sending error messages and he could fix it. I told him I didn't have a computer, and he got upset and said I could be pranking him, so he would cancel my Windows subscription. This is truly annoying and an obvious scam attempt.
