These people call morning and night! How do I make them stop? I dont owe anyone anything!

calls at all hrs of the day/night no messages left its ridiculous they need to be stopped!!

"I have only had my home for about a month and already gotten twenty calls from them at all hours of the day asking for me to pay a debt or they will take legal action. The company rep was very rude and after I gave everything over to my attorney they still harassed me. Now I am pursuing legal action against them and maybe put a stop to this horrible scam of a company."

Said he was calling from Bay Area Credit Service. I was curious as to who it was that kept calling and not leaving me a message. So I plugged in the number on my browser and found that they have been scamming people? Like many of you it's AT&T looking to collect monies from me. I just opened a new account with them. One would think that they would tell me "no we cannot open an account for you because you still owe us". Wouldn't you think so?? Very suspicious for sure!

Rec'd a call from 800-454-2227 AT WORK. This is Bay Area Credit Service. I called back - they said I had a past due final AT&T bill. My bill wasn't due for 7 more days. Their corporate office is in Antioch CA. I got a mailing address from the caller's supervisor - supposedly their actual location: 1000 Abernathy Rd. Bldg. 400 Suite 165, Atlanta GA 30328.
I then called AT&T - and was appoligized to because "AT&T jumped the gun, this should not have gone to collections." He made a note in my file and said this would not appear on my credit report. According to the AT&T rep. I spoke to AT&T sells "delinquent" accounts to Bay Area Credit Service for collections. SELLS THE ACCOUNT INFO. If you get calls from them I'd also call AT&T to complain about it, too.

these people call every day 4-6 times aday an i have talked to them but they still harrass me and i m sick of it
