They Keep calling for the wrong person every sat morning even on @ 7am after 2 months of them calling finally i had enough !!! THis is not the person they are trying to reach. I finally called back fight back call them i bother the crap out of them 1-877-477-0202

I recevied a call this moring automated voice asking for me, press one if I was that person, if not press 2. I just ended the call and dialed again to check who was calling me. The recording said was calling from eocca. I ended the call again and went online to check what company is eocca. I will not be returning the call because I don't have ageing accounts.

THIS COMPANY CALLED ME LOOKING FOR A FRIEND OF MINE. LEFT NOTHING BUT PHONE NUMBER. WHEN I CALLED THE NUMBER THE RECORDING ANSWERED, 'EOCCA".
I WANT TO KNOW WHERE THEY GOT MY NUMBER AND HOW TO GET OFF ANY LIST OF THEIRS.

Some jerk called a family members home asking for me and trying to sound like he knew me personally. Then tried to get information on the association between me and the family member. When he wouldn't give a contact number my family member hung up and he called back. This time a RUDE woman got on the phone and gave a contact phone number of 877-294-5776. If this is a scam it's poorly conducted.

This company has called me twice in 12 hours. I returned the call and asked why they were calling. They just wanted my idenity. I said they should know because I was returning their call. They hung up on me. I called back and got another person. When I asked for their mailing address they hung up on me again.

I received several calls at home from 1-877-611-1815.
The message was garbled and barely audible.
All I could make out was someone asking for both my husband and myself with a case/account number to reference.
I called the number from work-you are put on hold for quite some time.
When I was finally able to connect with someone and I asked which company this was because their recorded message was also barely audible, I was disconnected after finding out it was called EOCCA.
I tried several times afterward to connect with someone, but as soon as the recorded message is complete, the line disconnects.
Should I be concerned or is this another way for attempts at identity theft?

Received a call from James at EOCCA. He said a person with the same first and last name as my husband had a debt that someone had been attempting to collect for 4 months. I repeatedly asked for the middle initial. He asked if I was "J" the man's wife. I said no J lived here. Then he again asked if the person with my husband's name did. I said yes and again asked for the middle initial He said he doesn't always get that information, but proceeded to ask if I lived at ___Hudson Avenue and if the last 4 digits of his SSN were____...no MI yet you have the last 4 digits of the SSN??? When I said absolutely not, he abruptly hung up!

I also got a call and called back the 877 611 1815 was put on hold and eventually hung up on. Is this some sort of scam?

I keep getting calls from 1-877-611-1815 & a computer asks me to hold. I called it back & a recording answered ECCOA & asked me to hold. No idea of who or what they want, but very annoyed by daily calls.

I received a call from EOCCA sayng the were collecting a debt. They said I had an outstanding payment for Sirius Satellite radio of $36. I asked why Siriusha not called me and also that $36 was low fo a subscription. They said Sirius automatically turns it over to them after 30 days and that if I did not want to renew my subscription I had to call Sirius and let them know. They kept it on for 8 weeks and that was what the charge is for. I did not know I had to call and cancel if I did not want to renew. What a pain. I don't think I will ever use Sirius again.

received a call yesterday afternoon looking for "location information" for my son's former girlfriend (they broke off their relationship 4 years ago) The autogenerated message left the name Kerry Smith but the call back number (800 325-0389) auto answers as Jason Sullivan at eocca

Yesterday afternoon, my parent's house received a phone call from (877) 294-5776. It was an automated machine, and it said it was an attempt to collect a debt for my mother! She was pissed off, and we have no idea who these idiots area. I checked around and it appears this number is for EOCCA? Both her and my father are always current on credit cards and bills. It can't be any cell phones/subscriptions either, because she has never had any in her name. I ran her credit report, and there is also no defaults/derogatory accounts on it. I think this company is a scam.

Wow!!- now that I know that XMRADIO is behind this SCAM to intimidate their subscribers in to renewing I am really glad that I cancelled the service.
When businesses begin to use intimidation tactics like this they are desparate....bankruptsy is just around the corner....
I would think long and hard before I subscribed to XMRADIO.
They may go belly up any day now.

The force you to pay even though they know its not valid, because the company AT&T is in the wrong. They won't work with you to make sure the have a valid claim. I have email and proof its not valid. They are bullies to use peoples credit to get money that is not valid.

I keep getting calls from EOCCA..they say a collection agency. I know I dont owe any money so I called them back to ask them to take me off their list. They are saying I owe XM Radio money. My year contract was up in May. The radio is off and they want me back as a customer and keep sending me offers which I dont take. They are trying to charge $7 for a late fee. How can I owe a late fee for a service I did not and am not purchasing. This is what XM Radio does when you dont resign with them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Illegal!
