I called back to talk to a supervisor, Sunny answered again, said she will not waste her supervisors time either...I asked "are you a collection agency"...she yelled back at me, "i don't have to tell you that," THEN YELLS...."and if you call back, I will charge you with harassment."
WOW!!!!!! RUDE!! MEAN!!! THREATENING!!! and she could'nt even decide how to say the name of the person they were looking for..."mary "mory...mar-er-ryee"...LOL GREAT COMPANY TO HIGHER FOR COLLECTIONS..DUHH

These people are not to smart they for weeks now have a computor call a buisness line looking for a individual that we never heard of however when i called to have the number removed they insisted I was who they were looling for it is ILLEGAL TO CALL ANYONE AT THERE PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT it also sounds like they should verify green cards of there own employees

Robocall left on our voicemail about debt collection -- we don't owe anybody anything -- always pay bills on time and own our vehicles and home - when called the number, said instead EOSCA or something slightly different than the robocall and asked for our address which I did not give since they called me, then they finally said that from my silence it meant I had confirmed we were the correct debtors and said were collecting for xm radio? we stopped getting xm radio several months ago but when tried to explain, they threatened ruining our credit and wanted a credit or debit card numbers. I hung up and called xm who verified cancellation and gave me a reference number of the cancellation. I guess always get a cancellation number when you cancel service and definitely do NOT give out credit card or personal informatioin to these quite rude people whoever they may be -- I am still shaking as was very upsetting.

I responded to the call about an "overdue" debt with ATT. I have no account or overdue bill with the company. When calling to explain this to the representative, a person by the name of JASON, I was talked to as if I was trying to steal HIS money and really was in det to ATT. This boy was very rude and the company should do something about someone with such disrespect. I will call ATT and let them know how the people THEY employ are representing them and it places a bad reflection on them. They should do better. This kind of childish behavior will cost ATT business in the future. If anyone out their is need of a collection agency, please be smart enough to avoid EOCCA and their disrespectful employees. we have gotten weekly calls for several weeks with NO idea of what the purpose is. With all of the scamming going on, we refuse to answer anyone's call unless we can ID the caller! If the call is that important to EOCCA, then have a person on the line and we will answer it....not a machine!

I got a call from these guys' machine, then returned the call per instructions only to get put on hold for 10 minutes.

If you can't handle the inbound call volumes, then don't have your outbound calling machines asking people to call!

Anyway, it was a semi-legit collection attempt regarding XM Satellite radio. EOCCA seemed legit enough, didn't ask me any personal information but the rep did state my name and address which I confirmed. They then told me it was regarding XM, and asked how I would be paying. I said I would deal directly with XM, and hung up. Conclusion, I have no big beef against EOCCA...yet.

XM, on the other hand, just sent me an invoice two days ago with a due date in two weeks...so why is the account going to collections?? Even worse, they are simultaneously calling me and trying to sell me another subscription, even as they are sending my not overdue account to collection agency!

My mother in law received a message inquiring about me and left a number with an reference number. When trying to reach the number it rings through to a fax. Have no idea how they even got her number and then asked for me by my maiden name.

I have received a number of calls from '8772292313' and answering machine messages were left from 'EOCCA on behalf of T-MOBILE'. These are collections calls for a 'debt' that I supposedly owe to T-MOBILE. Since I have never had an account with T-MOBILE and never received a bill from them, I don't feel that I owe them any money. I have been asked for my Social Security number and a bunch of other information. I have refused to provide my social. I have asked in return for a written report of the particulars of why 'EOCCA' thinks I owe money to T-MOBILE. To date (over two weeks ago), they have failed to provide such a report. Today, when I called them back after the last call, I asked the person to spell their company name and it turns out to be 'EOSCCA'. EOSCCA is headquartered in Massachusetts and has an office in Denver, Colorado. It is unfortunate that the employees of EOSCCA don't do their homework as my home phone is listed and Qwest will provide RNL (reverse number lookup) free to anyone who uses the Internet. EOSCCA could find out my complete name and address from this and instantly determine that I am not the person they are looking for.

The best way to handle these companies is to first get their address and send them a Cease and Desist letter according to the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act. Then, if they keep calling, report them to the Federal Trade Commission and the Attorney General. That works if all else fails.

The phone did ring repeatedly and I hung up the first time- the second time i let it go on and someone finally picked up. it ended up being a car tax from 5 years ago because the plates hadn't been turned in the year i moved - the person i spoke with was very helpful and polite and i found out the plates are still not logged as returned - so it's worth making the call to find out, whether it's a mistake or valid- you don't want anything hurting your credit score.

We returned a call regarding my brother. The operator would give no information regarding this call but did expect us to give her information. She was very abrupt and when told that if I received another phone call regarding my brother we would report them to the BBB or with the State of Missouri. She stated we would have to do what we had to do and I did inform her we would! If they continue to call we will be forced to take actions as we are on the no call list and no information will be given to them. Any help would be appreciated.

I received an automated message telling me to cal 877-683-1155 regarding collection of a debt. Since I have NO debt, I called to investigate. The phone rang more than 30 time and no one picked up. I saw on another web site that if you recently canceled your XM radio, the call from EOCCA is most likely for collection for XM radio looking for additional money. I cancelled my XM Radio in March and at the end of April, I received a BILL for $35! I have NO intention of giving XM money for services NOT received. If I find out this call business is about XM Radio and about a false claim for money, I'm going to the Better Business Bureau and anyplace else I can so this can be stopped.

I received a call from 8772945776 and was told to stay on the line if they got my name correct which they did. I stayed on the line and was told to call the above number and give a verification code, then when I called back I was bumped around to a representative that wanted to verify the last 4 of my SSAN which I would not do.
I asked him who he was and he said if I didn't verify my social last 4 we had nothing to speak about. They would only identify the company as EOCCA, I asked what that was and he told me to look them up on the web. I think it is a scam to get the SSN.

These people have been calling me for 2 months now from 888-266-6471. Every time I try to call back it either rings forever or it rings once and goes straight to busy tone. I have no accounts what so ever with due amounts. I have been debt free for nearly a decade. I just want to know what the hell these people THINK I owe, but I can't even get a person on the phone. Unbelievable. Why would anyone trust a company like this?

This company (EOCCA) keeps calling my home but before the caller can tell me why he is calling, I have to give him information about me. Each time I tell the caller I don't give information to strangers who call me and hang up.
