I can't remember the callers name, however he calls several times a week trying to talk me into enrolling into an online college course. I had previously taken a survey on a website for "The Helen Deginis Show". On one of the offers near the end of the survey, I ordered an alternative electronic smoking cigarette from a company named "Prado" from Scottsdale, Az. for $13.99. No where in the offer did they say that after a period of 14 days that I would be charged $149.99 at one time, however after only 10 days of recieving the Prado electric cigarette, the company took the money out of my checking account. After having to threaten an agent (DBB) with going to the Better Business Burea over their practices, she agreed that I could return the item & be refunded the $149.99 that the company had taken. As of today, I still have not recieved a refund.

These people claim they are from B of A..they have called up to 7-10x in one day!! 3x in a half hour!! They said they will continue to call even until I call 1-800-669-0102..they want ss#..forget it!! If we have an account..they should have all of our info..the message said they are a debt collector from B of A, we are not in debt!! If anyone knows how to get these pests out of our lives that would be great!! Thanks: 0

they called here using a machine and then tell you to wait and then in the background they are all laughing ..same people call every night at the same time.

lol they just called me now and I started to look for it in the internet.
lol they talked to me in spanish saying that I was the winning call and some bulls**t and I had to press 1
I was like WTF?!! and started to look ata the number. then they hang up

You should contact their Consumer Advocacy Group at 800-811-4214. They will be able to help with your complaint.

caller ID says only NEW YORK. calls on 8-24-10 at 2:26pm, 5:32pm, 7:15pm, 8:37pm, 9:26pm. calls on 8-25-10 at 2:01pm, 3:14pm, 3:46pm, 4:32pm, 5:01pm, 5:58pm, 6:37pm. that's 12 calls in two days! did not keep record before these dates but will from now on. do not know anyone in NY and do not answer that number. appears to me to be harrasment. how do I stop it?

There have been some terrible people who say they are trying to help people pay their bills when they are unemployed. And some of us have been honest enough about wanting to pay our debts back even when we are unemployed and have no income. And these callers are just scam artists who take money out of people's bank accounts but it never ends up showing up anywhere as being used to pay off a debt owed to a bank or a loan holder for student loans or credit cards. I was one who was honest and believed these callers who said I owed them money and I gave them my bank account information...Now I'm broke, unemployed, and still owe money. I will never, ever work with anyone calling me on the phone to resolve a debt again. It will be in person in a real government or financial institution or not at all. I was burned bad by these phone calls. Never again.

the number specified in the who called field is computer left voice mail after im unable to answer (don't answer cel phone while at work) that says please call this number and its not a telemarketing call. They never say what the call is for except that they want me to call back NCA, a collection agency)
