Calling for wrong person
Very rude people, debt is not mine.
Very rude woman who hung up on me when I was explaining this is not a debt - it's a cancellation fee. Warranty ran out when I was in the hospital. Wrote 5 letters, sent numerous e-mails, spent 3 hours on phone trying to reconcile, but neither Sprint nor Motorola cared. This is the 4th or 5th agency trying to collect debt (after a "paid in full" check was cashed for actual service rendered). I haven't had a job for 2 years. Thank you Obama. As I was explaining this, she hung up on me.

Calls almost everyday. Leaves a message to call them back, along with a reference number that is said so quickly that I couldn't write it down. I did call the number back and told them the person that they are looking for does not live here. The calls have still continued. Decided to finally block the number.
