Have a post card labeled UMC saying pay 11.95 parcels/ jewelry. They want my credit card information from 800-460-0246. It's a scam

I received a postcard saying they are holding a parcel for me, but they want information of my name, card number, etc. and I am not going to give it to them.. They will not give the parcel without first getting 11.95 delivery charge and using either a Visa or Mastercard, which I do not have! I believe this is a scam and people should be aware if they get a postcard with this phone number: 1-800-460-0246..

I got one of those post cards as well, with the 8.95 due, so I called them, and first thing they ask was for my name and I said you aren't getting my name, but I got one of those post cards, and I said I called the police dept, I know you are a scam, and he hung up on me.lol

This scam offered a free jewelry for 8.95 delivery price. Want to know your card info by the phone!
