Yes, they identify as Hartford but definitely ARE NOT. Instead, call back any phone number on your Hartford policy paperwork and ask if a policy review is being conducted. You will be told NO. Secondly, check your actual policy update and you will see the policy cost has not been reduced.

This is from my insurance company The Hartford, I called it back and they reduced my insurance by over $100 a year.

These calls are not from The Hartford. I just called them when I received the call and they told me they will not send an automated call. A live person would make the call. I told her the number calling was 800-460-9706 and it is NOT Hartford's number. It is a scam call.

This is not a spam call. It was from my auto insurance company, Hartford. It is a recorded message which tells you to press 0 for a representative. I did and spoke with Daniel who reviewed my renewal and informed me my annual rate would be reduced by $268 with an additional reduction of $72 if I go online and take the AARP Safe Driving Course.
