These people are harrassing my grandmother and trying to collect a debt owed by someone that had never even lived in her home. They call 2-3 times a day at all hours and refuse to stop calling when she asked them to stop. This has got to be a violation of the fair debt collections practices act.

These people keeps calling my phone. Problem is i do not owe them. They do not want to stop call even after i told them the person they are looking for does not live here.
