Had received Citi Client Services call day before, and actually called Citi Cust. Serv. They could not tell me if or why I had been contacted, so when they called again the next day, I hung up, and then reported it as a Scam. It was not, I had accidentally filed a statement without paying it first. Found this out only when I called again after 2nd call, to report call to Citi Security. The number is not always a Scam call.
