The caller is a recording of a female voice, claiming to be from DTE Energy, stating that we are on a budget payment plan ( No, we're not ) and that we are "at risk" of being removed from the plan, due to late payments.. (Again, no we are not.) There is no option to push a button for a cease of phone calls, a wrong call, or to remove us from the call list, etc. The recording is on auto-replay.
