my son calls me collect from SCDC (south carolina dept of corrections) everything was fine up until yesterday...now when he TRIES to call...i get this message wanting me to add money to my account (which i dont have with this company) in order for me to be able to talk to my son...my phone company bills me directly for his calls...i dont know what to do....the phone number gives me NO option to talk to a LIVE person all it wants me to do is give info to add money so he can get thru...I DONT WANT THIS SERVICE hAVE NO USE FOR THIS TYPE OF SERVICE...yes im sorta mad and upset over this and i dont know what to do about it i want my son to be able to get thru to me like hes always done thru my phone company!!
