Debt collection. The message was for a different person and the company provides no way to get off their list. They have called about this person before and I have previously filed FCC complaints.

It's not harassment. If it's not you let them know instead of being a keyboard cowboy. They're nor going to release any info until they verify its you. Consumers are the ones who dictate the laws agencies have to abide by then consumers are the ones complaining. Same people who say it's harassment are the same ones who say they never got a letter or never got a call.

You are out to lunch. I have tried repeatedly to convince them there is no one by the name they are asking for at the number they are calling. On one by that name at this number for over 5 years now. Still they call. I would use my virtual lasso if it would work, instead I will use my verbal shotgun.

Sorry friend, but you couldn't be more wrong in stating, "They're nor(sic) going to release any info until they verify its(sic) you." I have received numerous calls from various debt collectors who not only identified whom they were looking for, the told me the were trying to collect a debt and asked if I knew them. No offense, but if you really think debt collectors are normally honest and follow the law, then you are gravely naive.

This call is for xxxxxxxx If this is notxxxxxxxxx please delete this call immediately. This is ian attempt to collect a debt. We are in the debt collection business and any information will be
used for that purpose. They then give the phone number and a website, which I think is
www.ERC.com
xxxxxxxxx does not live at this address for many years. We delete immediately and they
continue to call regularly at about 8:15 EDT every morning. This is harrassment!
