Scammer called me at 3am! that ho'ass act alone shows me how illegitimate this caller is. I ignore this one and let my machine do my answering.

The caller was from Merchant Services Corp. and offered a free upgraded terminal with over 20% lower rate for my merchant account. Because they offered a no risk, month to month agreement with no upfront fee and great savings, I signed up after reviewing their merchant application they sent me.
