I had the same thing and she argued with me and ignored what I kept saying. I said on my cell it was not me and then she called back and hung up on me. I told her I did not answer calls from unknown numbers and I picked up because I was tired of them calling me. I had applied for loans but never took one out and do not have a checking account. She only repeated my last four of my social and an old email from two years ago. This same thing happened to my ex BF last year. They seem to see if you will pay by scaring you.

Same Crap..not had a checking account in over 4 years..another bottom feeding POS John Simmons American Check Processing SCAM!!!!!! From the looks of this they must have just got out of Prison and started a New Scam in January..Jack offs then they keep calling and hanging up

Received a called from unknown number, they left a message. John Simmons at ext. 105 about a fraud were my name came up in question. WTH!! Then my father-in-law say's they called his phone asking for me today, which is weird because I don't even know his number more less have used it as a reference anywhere. Total scam!!

They called my parents claiming I owe money for a chase account. I called chase and found out they do not know this number. Do not answer and report them. Total scam
