I would so love it if this scammer company who mails out DISTRAINT WARRANTS were discovered and got the "BEEKEEPER TREATMENT". Can we all agree? The phone number on this scam letter is 800-515-9186.
Caller: DISTRAINT WARRANT
I received a letter as well, they even worded it saying “Distraint Warrant” to scare me. The letter goes on saying the warrant has been issued against me and my assets can be seized, to avoid I need to call (800)515-9186. I can see how someone could become a victim to this, they make it so real to scare you. Ugh makes me sick, if you get this letter always call the county first.

No, it's on a form letter I received indicating they are the Tax Processing Unit for Cook County Public Judgment Records. Stupid liars are just con artists - nothing more.
