On 07/28/2009, after returning home from work, I had numerous messages on my answering machine from a Pinnacle Financial Group and it left a 800 number to call with concerns. After a few minutes of calling this number, I was connected to a female (no name), whose purpose it appeared was to obtain information. When I asked her how she obtained my phone number (which is registered on the do not call list) she stated "Oh... that doesn't apply to us" and refused to give me any information about how they obtained my number. After asking to speak to her manager... I was placed on hold for a few minutes and a man came to the phone. I asked him how did you come about obtaining my number. He stated, are you related to (some person) to which I told him no. He then said "well, we can't give you any information then" and hung up. This is going to be submitted to the FCC and I will send it up through my channels. This type of activity will not be tolerated.
