Call from Client Services. I answered,(usually don't.) Asked for me by name. Guy mumbled and asked him to speaker clearer. Said 2 words and went back to mumbling. Told him the person he was asking for was home. Asked if I could take a message and he said he could not tell me any information. I have now blocked his number.

I received a
call from Client Services at 800-521-3236
from a woman who was mumbling that I needed
to pay Citibank over $ 500 immediately on
a credit card debt of over $ 1,000. I don't
even have a Citibank credit card. Obvious scam.

Just changed my number so I do not see how it is possible they have it.... I just switched it less than a week ago!.... I guess Sprint or Our Government is in the business of handing out our private cell numbers!.... "Private" LMAO!!!!.... That doesn't exist anymore in this now Republican led Communist Country we live in!!!!....

You must be a Nobama supporter. Trying to hide from your financial responsibilities by changing your number. How many new numbers have you had. If you have a legitimate debt, pay up and quit hiding in your democrat loving mind. Why would gov pass on your number, they have better things to do, like extending unemployment checks out to two plus years for lazy ppl who don't want to work. And keep getting paid while also getting food stamps and other free gov hand outs, not to mention those Free Nobama phones, which the tax payer, well, working member of society pays for. If it was sprint, you still with them? If theses calls are because your hiding from a loan you got, time to pull up your MAnnie's and do the right thing and pay for what you got. If not, your just another reason while things are falling apart in this country, ppl want everything handed to them.

If your getting these calls and don't have any debts
outstanding than I applogise . Have a good day.

Dozens of calls, no voice messages left, finally spoke to someone and they asked to speak to the son of a landlord I had almost 20 years ago, then made threats that I would be responsible for their debt. Completely irrational practices. Report all calls to FCC, BBB, and Do-Not-Call Registry. The offending company is: http://www.clientservices.com/ as you can see by their contact information. 1-800-521-3236

I have recently been getting multiple call daily from this number. They never leave a message. So, I decided to call them back. They answered "Client Services". I asked them what company this was? The man said, "It is a private business". I gave them my number, and told them to take me of their list. I also told them I am on the Do Not Call List and that I would report them. I did send a report yesterday. I have researched them online and seen hundreds of complaints about debt collections and fishing for information, and harassing people. I have no idea why they are calling. I have excellent credit with a score of 800. No debt whatsoever and haven't had any for over 20 years. Plus, if it is important, why can't they leave a message? Anyway, I hate scammers and hope someone finally does something about this! I just blocked them anyway.

This number belongs to a telemarketing scam located in Garland, TX. They have been calling people about loan applications, car loan applications, payday loan relief, collection services, and even posed as police officers trying to collect debts. The people calling refuse to take you off their list and continue to call. What I've found that works is to get a tape recorder or a speaker phone. Go into the yellow pages and start dialing toll free numbers until you reach a recording that says "The number you have dialed has been disconnected or is no longer in service". Record that to your voice mail and have it pick up after 3-4 rings. Once they believe the number has been disconnected, they toss your number.

Hey Richard, why don't you leave a message when you call people? How stupid can you be Richard? When someone tells you that they can't receive calls at work, you MUST STOP CALLING THEIR EMPLOYER! It is against the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act to call someone at their place of business once they have told you to stop. If someone loses their job from your harassment, how are they ever going to pay their bills? By the way, when the recession hit many people have had to decide to be homeless or pay their credit card bill...I don't know about you but I would chose to not be homeless.
