This is NOT a scam. They will give you your account number and you can go to River Side Hospital web page and pay your bill from there. This number belongs to Patient Financial Services(PFS) which is Riverside Medical Group

SCAM as prior commenter stated, caller pretended to be from Riverside hospital...asked for me by name, and wanted me to tell them my address and birthdate...then said I had a bill for $100.10 and asked if I would like to pay it...when I asked for details they said it had been paid already and apologized for the inconvenience.
